65% of Americans are overweight!

Lets talk about changing a few habits that will definitely set the stage for your weight management program ...but remember this, all habits are equal. To get rid of a bad habit, all you have to do is replace the bad habit with a good habit ...that said, we all go through life with the choices we choose and the habits we form because of the choices we make.

It all comes down to this ...the reason 65% of Americans are overweight is because of the choices we make on a daily basis and the habits formed because of those choices.

Just as a refresher ...there are 3500 calories in one pound of body fat ...by eliminating just 500 calories per day for seven days...will equal one pound of body fat loss per week ...which would equal four-five pounds per month.

500 less calories per day x 7 days = 3500 calories = 1 pound ...It’s mathematics.


So, if you’re serious about shedding those unwanted excess pounds ...change your habits...because, weight gain is a habit ...and weight loss is a habit. All habits are equal.

Today, lets share a simple routine that when used consistently will eventually form a habit ...a good habit ...it will take about one month to form this new habit.

A list of six simple lifestyle changes:

  1. Add more fiber to your diet.
  2. Add more clean fresh filtered water.
  3. Eat less fattening food.
  4. Add physical exercise to your routine.
  5. Eliminate 500 less calories per day.
  6. Supplement with a product to “rev” your metabolism.


Add more fiber to every meal ...when you add adequate amounts of fiber to your meals, you’ll eat slower, chew your food better and you won’t consume as many calories ...500 less calories per day just because of adding fiber to your diet ...that’s significant!

...try eating small meals of fruits and vegetables five or six times a day...every two - four hours...this will keep your metabolism “reved” up and burn more of those unwanted calories

Remember, everything you do is a habit...eating is a habit too..to get rid of a bad habit (bad food)... you’ll have to replace that bad habit with a good habit ( good healthy food)... and of course drink plenty of clean, fresh, filtered water with two-four ounces of “the best tasting aloe” everyday....know your supplier.

      Good tips, and I know I should eat less and drink more water! At least I try to exercise these days. :-) Now if I could just cut down on the sugar - think I'm addicted......
