Next I will show you, through the use of a video, how to prepare the pulp by fileting the aloe vera leaf. The pulp will be used later to make juice.
Preparing the pulp of the Aloe Vera
Now that you have the pulp of the aloe vera plant, you merely place it in a blender and blend it to produce the pure aloe vera gel that many people drink. I prepare it differently. I place the pulp in the blender along with a few cups of water and blend for a short period of time. I then place it in the refrigerator and drink a glass of it, one to three times a day. I began this practice accidentally. I had been suffering with bronchitis for about 9 months and I could not get rid of the cough. One day my Colombian wife prepared this juice. I drank it for a day, and I could immediately tell that it was working to help my congestion. That first night, I went to bed without any congestion. I was immediately hooked on aloe vera, because it did what the Doctors failed to do. That was when I began to investigate all of the amazing health benefits available to someone who consumes the aloe vera internally.
A very informative video about the benfits of Aloe Vera
I have always been skeptical of home remedies, but a few things have changed my mind. My wife who is a nurse in Colombia has always promoted natural cures. She introduced me to the Aloe Vera miracle, and that really made me a believer. Being in Colombia, many of the really great medicinal type plants and fruits are abundant and for sale in most markets. The aloe vera that we use, we buy in the local market down the street or we can use our own home grown plants that we have in front of our home.
This next and last video is informative and different, in that I found it to be a bit amusing. Enjoy it.
If you live somewhere where you can't find aloe vera, then check out Amazon or E bay. They always have aloe vera products for sale.
