Losing 11 lb within 5 days? It’s possible!

The hospital diet is a crash diet. If you follow a crash diet you eat much less than the body actually needs. Also you can lose weight in a short period of time. The hospital diet was originally intended for people who had overweight and needed to drop their weight at very short notice for surgery. Nowadays it’s used to just lose ‘fat’.

The diet

Coffee, tea without sugar or milk and mineral water you can drink unlimited while dieting.

For every morning:
- 1 orange or grapefruit
- 1 biscuit or toast
- coffee or tea without sugar and milk

Monday - afternoon
Tuesday - afternoon
Wednesday - afternoon
Thursday - afternoon
Friday - afternoon

- Put some cucumber, tomato and / or some celery on your toasts.
- It is recommended to grill your meat.

During the weekend you can eat whatever you like, as long as it are no fat products.

      Yes, I tried this diet myself and it works for me.

      tried n tested. lost 5lbs in 4 days.. 8 lbs intotal 1 week. I cheated a lot 2... im doing this again frm monday... this time no cheating
