The power of positive thinking100
It is so much easier to be negative about our everyday life. The only problem with this is the fact that the more negative we think, the more negative things we get in our lives. It is kind of the opposite of what we learn when they say opposites attract. Realistically, this is not the case.
We need to be happy and positive about things for good things to happen to us. How can we be in a bad state in our lives and want to be with someone, it is doomed to fail. We need to be optimistic about it, but cannot be if we are living in a bad place in our lives and mind.
We all send out vibrations, to everything in life. The more positive we are, the more good things happen to us.
Sometimes it may be hard to think good thoughts and push out the bad.
Some great things to help you not think about the bad and only the good:
Just use your imagination to think about it being a viewing of all the good that is come to be for your life.
If you think you cannot do something, than you cannot....so think and believe that you CAN!
Everything is going to go my way!
Think about what really makes you happy in life and think about how happy you are to have the person (people) or the stuff in your life.
Feel good, be grateful for all there is and all that you have in your life!!
Meditate and clear your mind.
Never let the bad in, brush it off and forget about it.
Only good is going to happen to you and come into your life.
Your the master of your thoughts and those are all good and your the best that you can be!
