New Year Resolutions

Updated on August 8, 2013

Thousands of Americans are motivated each year in making changes in their lives. We reflex our lives on changes, these changes could benefit our health our families, friends and our country. New Years Day is a day we commit ourselves, to leaving the following year behind, and making a fresh start. One of the hardest things to do is to leave old habits and engage in new adventures. . Each year my friends and I discuss what we want to really stick to.

Some of our most popular issues are: excising daily, smoking, drinking less, losing weight and eating healthy foods.. Most of us say and don't do, because a little voice in our heads tell do it tomorrow. Most of the time people get discourage and give up on what they really wants to do. Believing in yourself is half the battle, thinking positive thoughts has given me a since of hope. it helps. Each years millions of us procrastinate not giving ourselves the opportunity to accomplish our goals.
