Diabetes is one of the fastest growing epidemics in India with more than 70 million diabetic individuals which is the world highest number behind China. Almonds:

It contains magnesium, mono saturated fats, fibers, Vitamin E, folate and potassium. The plenty of Almonds improves the insulin sensitivity and lower bad cholesterol.

2. Drugs There are various Drugs too for the treatment of Diabetes but that can be harmful too at the same time. The Drugs that contains saxagliptin or alogliptin may increase the risk of heart failure. The FDA will put up new warnings to the labels of affected drugs outlining this safety issue.
