India currently is facing an undetermined future in relation to the potential concern that diabetes may impose upon the country. Many influences affect the popularity of disease throughout the country, and identification of those aspects is necessary to ease change when facing health challenges.

Most Effective way of Managing Diabetes.

Here I would like to draw your attention towards the most effective way of managing Diabetes.

1. Food is the main part in managing Diabetes. Some food is better in helping to manage blood sugar levels. Here I am writing few of them:

Fiber:

High Fiber foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains serves as a great choice for Diabetic Food. The foods high in soluble Fiber slows down the digestion that allows small release of insulin and in turn smaller increase in blood sugar.

The fiber rich foods both soluble and insoluble should be incorporated in the diet not for the treatment of diabetes but for good health. The fiber rich food helps in proper digestion, lowering LDL or "bad" cholesterol, preventing constipation.

Ground Flaxseed:

It is rich in omega -3 Fatty acids. They are rich in soluble fiber, antioxidants and lignans. Lignans improves blood sugar levels. But one thing should be kept in mind, it is not recommended during pregnancy.

Almonds:

It contains magnesium, mono saturated fats, fibers, Vitamin E, folate and potassium. The plenty of Almonds improves the insulin sensitivity and lower bad cholesterol.

2. Drugs There are various Drugs too for the treatment of Diabetes but that can be harmful too at the same time. The Drugs that contains saxagliptin or alogliptin may increase the risk of heart failure. The FDA will put up new warnings to the labels of affected drugs outlining this safety issue. So a big question on which Drugs should we rely for the treatment of Diabetes?

3. Exercise plays a vital role in keeping ourselves fit and fine. Exercise can help you improve your blood sugar control, improve your overall fitness, and reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke. But diabetes and exercise causes unique challenges, too. To exercise safely, it's crucial to track your blood sugar during physical activity.
