What should you do if you have back pain?
If you are experiencing any sort of pain first consult a doctor or physician as it may be life-threatening.
Back pains can be treated in a couple of ways that may relieve the pain you may experience. Things that I personally recommend are investing in a foam roller. The reason why is that usually with a foam roller you are rolling the area that you feel pain in, and you can roll other parts of your body which may help reduce pain as well, such as the gluteus, and the back of your legs as well.
Heating pads help reduce inflammation which is certainly good as well with relieving back pain. Another thing heating pad are good for are to make your muscles less tense.
The final thing you can do is exercises/yoga. Yoga helps increase flexibility of muscles, and exercises that strengthen the core/abs as well helps create a stable spine. This reduces the amount of stress your back might have, as well as increase overall strength.
