Apple Diet Works Wonders for Me

Apple diet is one of my favorite regimens since I learned to become an all out health conscious woman in my late thirties.

I first heard about apple diet when I was still in my thirties. I tried it once and felt the health benefits after the 5 days apple diet. Since I am a person who is always hunting for alternative medicines, I decided to try it to see how it works. It worked wonders for me but then I was so busy during those times so I forgot about it.

I started having a regular three days apple diet when I was in my late forties. It is a very effective diet program if you want to regularly cleanse your body from the toxins that have accumulated.

Undergoing the three days apple diet is not for everybody. Before undergoing the apple diet, it’s always good to have some reminders.


Important Reminders Before Having Apple Diet

Here are some important reminders to take note before going into the apple diet. This regimen is considered fasting, so you should do it with precautions.

  • See your doctor and talk about your plans if you are having medications.
  • Don’t do apple diet if you have a serious illness.
  • Avoid too much sweet if you are on an apple diet.
  • Don’t go into an apple diet if you are busy with work.
  • Make sure that you are strong enough for the three days fasting.
  • The three days apple diet will be tough if you are not used to fasting.

I included some reminders here but it doesn’t mean that having the apple diet is dangerous.

No, the three days apple diet is just slowing down on carbohydrates and meat. Some keep their regular diet but they eat plenty of apples or drink plenty of apple juice.

For my part, I do it pure apple diet. It doesn’t matter what kind of apples, just choose the fresh apples and eat plenty of them. When I have my apple diet, I make sure to stack several apples in the ref so that whenever I am hungry I just pick one and eat it. In fact, I don’t count how many apples I eat per day.

My Three Days Apple Diet

  • Buy the big, crunchy and juicy apples. They can be green or red. I prefer the red ones.
  • Start eating apples in the morning. Whenever you feel like eating something, just reach for an apple inside the ref and munch on it.
  • Eat several apples a day for straight three days,
  • At the end of the third day, at night, drink a half cup of olive oil.
  • That’s it, your apple diet program is done.
  • Wait for the result and report what you have observed in your body.

Benefits of Apple Diet

Benefits you get from the three days apple diet.

  • Detoxification. The main purpose of having the three days apple diet is to detoxify the body from the unwanted toxins that have accumulated. It may be hard for a first timer and the body will become weak but wait for what follows. Once you are back to your regular diet, you can feel how comfortable your body feels. You will be very glad that you had your apple diet.
  • Improves metabolism and digestion. Apple is rich in fiber that helps move waste quickly.
  • Revitalizes the body. The three days apple diet flushes toxins from the body thus giving the body renewed life and energy. You are not going to feel strong immediately. Since you fasted for three days, you will become weak but after you have your regular diet, you will feel the difference. You are now a new person; fully revitalized.
  • Keeps the blood sugar at the right level. The glucose from apples will keep the blood sugar at the right level.
  • Makes one lose weight. The apple diet is best for people who want to lose weight but stay fit. Apples are packed with vitamins and other good nutrients that are essential for the body. You don’t have to worry about missing the essential food nutrients for three days. Just eat several apples a day and you will be fine.
  • De-stresses the body. The unwanted elements in the body are flushed away so every part of the body is detoxified; thus leaving you feeling relaxed and free from stress.
  • Clears the mind. When the body is free from toxins; the mind also calms down and relaxes, thus having the apple diet will help you think properly.
  • Improves urination problem if you have UTI. I have been suffering from UTI for several years and every time I do apple diet, the discomfort goes away.

My apple diet is only three days but I do it pure apple diet. Some keep their regular diet but they need more apples. You can also slow down on carbohydrates but eat more apples. There are some who do it 5 days with their regular diet.

      I love apples, and I am afraid this diet would make me get burned out on them. Interesting idea, however.

      This is an interesting Falisa Daskeo. Congratulations on finding something that works for you. However, everyone is different and it may not be effective. I would also add the possible side affects of a fasting diet to your readers as well, such as headaches, dizziness, fatigue, muscle weakness and extreme hunger.
