Your mind can be your biggest enemy if you let it be.

It's the beginning of a brand new week, so what are you doing to prepare your mind to tackle anything that comes at you?

Every business will be built differently.

The best part about being your own boss is you decide what goes and what doesn't. I will succeed on my own terms. Which means serving my community, not being stingy with my knowledge, asking for my worth and expecting to get it, and having hella fun doing it.
What are your terms?

Is it your goal to become well known?

Do you want to make an impact on your audience? How will you accomplish this? Are you providing value? Are you inspirational? Have you shared your journey to motivate others? Success doesn't happen by accident, what is your plan to reach your goal?

Create a life that you don't need a vacation from :) but make vacations part of the plan! Remembering the amazing time we had last summer in Jamaica, ah the beach and the Bob Marley's, can't wait to go back!

Too many see the success and forget about the journey. Everybody's hustle mindset is not the same. People grind differently. How much are you really putting in to get to the things you want?

A comparison is the biggest thief of joy. If those people are feeding, clothing or financing you why count what's in their pockets? Focus on your own journey and respect where you are. You can't grow trying to keep up with someone else.

You have to think you can have it all regardless of what your current circumstances may be. Being broke minded with keep you stuck in the same place with broke habits, broke thoughts and broken actions. We strive for the best, mindsets not circumstances define us!

You determine the work that will be put in, the drive, the focus. Ultimately you are the one that will determine if you will succeed or not. How bad do you want it? What are your plans to crush your business today?

Successful people are never worried about who's in front of them. Focus on YOU and improving yourself

I find it important to show gratitude towards the ones we love every day, but let's face sometimes we just get so busy!

Your past isn't holding you back, you're the inability to move on is!

I understand this thought to be easier said than done. However, just as a muscle must be challenged in order to get stronger, likewise, should you tame your habitual observations.

I’ve found the best way to turn a blind eye to that which you don’t like is to acknowledge how it’s making you feel. Because where we currently are is a direct result of the observations we chose to focus on in the past, that reminder alone should give you enough ammunition to stop perpetuation in its tracks the moment it begins. In other words, if something you’re currently experiencing is making you feel a way you no longer desire to feel, DECIDE you will feel something else at that very moment by averting your attention toward something else.

Aspire to be more present with your thoughts on a day today. Stop what you do not want by realizing you don’t want it the moment you find you’re focusing on it too much.

Do you want that new house? How are you gonna buy it? You want that financial security, how are you gonna get it? You want that freedom to travel, how are you gonna get there?

Each day you’re putting off the pursuit of your dreams, you’re missing out on glorious days of living the life you truly want.

So what is it that you really want? What thing if you were to acquire tomorrow would bring you the most joy?

Write it down.

Get hyped about it, get excited. Start thinking about how exciting and happy you’ll be once you receive it.

Now, what could you realistically do tomorrow that would bring you one step closer to getting there? Write that down, and makes sure you GET IT DONE.

The key to breaking destructive cycles and patterns in your life lies within healing the traumas lodged in your emotional body.
We are given signs and revelations about our traumas through our dreams and the things that trigger us most in this life.
What signs have you been neglecting from your higher self, telling you that “THIS” needs to be dealt with?
It’s only when we make a conscious effort to transcend our wounds of the past, that we begin to break the bondages that have been keeping us from our hearts desires.

We tend to want to do more when we've recognized what we’ve already done.

Today, take some time to write down all of the things you were able to accomplish last week. Which tasks made you feel really good? Which of these tasks actually inched you closer toward your goals?

Now that you’ve seen what you’re capable of, what are you going to do this week to ensure that you match last weeks achievements or exceed them?

Prep your mind, prep your vibes. Remind yourself of where you want to be by this time next year then start working backward to figure how you’re going to get there.
