Yoga asanas reduce fat from body

Yes friends defnetly yoga asanas reduce fat from the body very effectively, i personally saw many people practising yoga and benefited a lot from it. I personally practising yoga from 7 years and its wonderful for keeping ones body fit and flexible.So im very happy to share this useful information , so even others can also benefit from yoga.

Padhahasthasana(hand under foot pose)

Step by step process for padhahasthasana

  1. For this asana one have to stand straight and raise their both hands up straight.
  2. now bend slightly backwards inhaling air deeply.
  3. now bend front exhaling air and try to touch your foot.
  4. stay for atleast 10 to 15 seconds if you are new to it.
  5. now you can come back to standing pose while inhaling air.


  • This asana reduces belly fat effectively.
  • Helps in digestion.
  • tones your muscles of legs.
  • Improves flexibility.


Step by step method

  1. For this asana one have lie down on his back.
  2. now take breath.
  3. rise your legs up towards celeing slowly.
  4. now you can take support of your hands to hold your waist at sides.
  5. now bend your legs as shown in above figure.
  6. hold in position for atleast 10 seconds.
  7. leave and come to rest position slowly.

  • helps to increase blood circulation in head.
  • Helps as a natural face lift.

Step by step method

  1. Lie down on yoga mat facing floor.
  2. take a deep breath and lift your legs bending ur knees.
  3. try to catch your foot with your hands.
  4. hold in this position for atleast 10 seconds.
  5. now release your legs and leave breath.
  6. repeat it 10 times.

  • helps to reduce stomach fat.
  • Relieves from back pain.
  • improves body flexibility.

      Interesting hub on Yoga Dhivs. I've never actually tried Yoga or had a problem with belly fat for that matter. But if these will help with belly fat/obesity, I'm all for it. Thumbs up on your article.
