Step by step process for padhahasthasana
- For this asana one have to stand straight and raise their both hands up straight.
- now bend slightly backwards inhaling air deeply.

- stay for atleast 10 to 15 seconds if you are new to it.
- now you can come back to standing pose while inhaling air.
