Here’s a list of the top 7 things that you can start doing today to help ease your arthritic knee pain in order to avoid medications, knee injections and knee surgery.

1. Start taking glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM

I am certain that there are pharmaceutical companies that would love to have you believe that supplements don’t work and that nothing BUT ‘their drug’ is going to relieve your pain (while causing diarrhea, kidney failure, and death). However, there are many MORE studies that prove the efficacy of supplements; especially glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM for its ability to help ease arthritic knee pain.

2. Start taking cod liver oil daily

Cod liver oil is a great source of omega 3 and Vitamin D. Research indicates that bone, joint and muscle pain is exacerbated if there are low levels of Vitamin D. Research also indicates that patients who take NON SYNTHETIC, HIGH QUALITY glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin, and MSM ALONG WITH OMEGA 3 notice a significant difference in their arthritic pain. The latest scientific findings show that people who combine glucosamine and omega 3 get up to 80% pain relief, with decreased morning stiffness. Pain in the hips was reduced by over 48% and in the knees by more than 55%. Please note: most cod liver oil today is stripped from vitamin D and lots of other nutrients. 7. Start exercising at least 4 times a week.
