Free radicals may damage your cells especially when you are expose in polluted areas such as smokes and radiation. If this continues for a long period of time and your antioxidants are low, you may develop heart disease or even cancer. So in order to keep away from any serious disease and to stay healthy, you should consume high amounts of antioxidants inside your body. These antioxidants can be found in many food, could be in fruits, vegetables, and even chocolates! These should include Vitamins A, C, E, beta- carotene, lutein and many more.
