3. Low-Fat Milk

So we all know that milk is great for your bones and has important nutrients such as calcium which is instrumental in helping to prevent osteoporosis. But aside from that Milk and other low-fat dairy items can be your best friend when it comes to fighting against the battle of the bulge! A 2011 study from the Journal Of Nutrition showed that dieters who consumed at least six to seven servings of low-fat dairy products high in protein had a greater amount of fat loss as well as lean muscle gain!

4. Red Peppers

A study in the Journal of Nutrition found that individuals diets that contained consumption of Red Peppers as well as other foods high in beta-carotene and lycopene had the smallest waists as well as the least amount of abdominal fat!
