Many of us think that there is a magic weight loss plan out there for them. Well, there is no magic weight loss plan, I’m sorry to say. However, there are plenty of things that you can do too rapidly lose weight once you set your mind to it. The key to weight loss is the ability to make the changes necessary in your life too permanently keep the weight off. Here, is a list of the top ten ways that you can lose weight and keep it off.

1. Water:

The simplest way to keep from gaining extra weight is to drink plenty of water. Remember, your body is made up of 70 percent water. This is vitally important to keeping you r organs functioning at their top performance. Once, you start drinking plenty of water it will help wash away the toxins that have been built up over years of eating nutritionally unhealthy. Best of all its free and has no calories.

2. Wake up Water:

When you first wake up in the morning the first thing you should reach for is a nice glass of water. This will help your body instantly start the bodily functions that were asleep the needed boost to get going in the morning. Water is important for your digestive system to start going in the morning. It will get the needed enzymes ready to break down the healthy breakfast you will eat.

3. Water before you Eat:

Drink plenty of water before your meal. It will help you feel fuller, so you will eat less. When you drink more water, it will help you digest the meals after you have eaten them faster which will increase your metabolism.

4. Water with Meals:

Another good habit to get into is drinking plenty of water with your meals. It will help you feel fuller while eating and help you intake less which means you will lose more weight. Make sure when you are drinking your water with your meal that you drink it slowly as not to get your stomach unsettled while eating.

5. Sugar Drinks:

This goes for soda, grade juice, Kool-Aid, etc. These sugar drinks will only help you gain more weight, and reduce your ability to get rid of the weight you already have. Stay away from any type of processed sugar in any of your meals if you want to be successful.

Again I cannot stress enough how important plain old water is in your diet. I mean 70 percent of you is water period. So, having lots of ways to get water in your system is essential to a good diet. One of the ways you can do this without drinking water is to eat it. Well, how do you eat water? The best source of water in food is leafy greens. They are made up of almost 90% water. Tomatoes, cucumber, beans are all vegetables that have tons of water in them.

7. Fruit:

No diet is complete without getting the fruits that you need. They also contain a tremendous amount of water and essential nutrients that you need for your body. Fresh fruits have plenty of fiber, which is an aid for your digestion. This also helps in speeding up your metabolism to help you lose more weight.

8. Fresh Fruit vs. Processed Fruit

Always get the freshest fruit as possible. The processed fruit you buy in a tin can has already been stripped of most of the nutrients. So, check and see about a farmers market in your area where they have already been picked off the trees.

9. Fiber:

One essential ingredient to having a good diet is being able to digest the foods. You body will not like the change at first so when you do adding in more fiber to your diet will ease the transition. It will also help you fee fuller while you are dieting.

10. Eat as many Vegetables as you want

Vegetables are a guaranteed weight loss food. Eat as many of them as you want as often as you like. They contain huge amounts of water, nutrients and fiber. They will make the weight disappear from everywhere. So, make sure you include a special diet program that includes man different types of vegetables.
