Toxins: Aluminium- How Does It Damage Your Health?

Updated on September 19, 2018

Aluminium- What Does It Do To Our Bodies?

Why Ae We Toxic?

We live in a world where we are continually bombarded with toxic heavy metals and pollutants and synthetic chemicals, and this means that our ability to remain healthy is heavily compromised. The food we eat, the air that we breathe and the water that we drink has all been contaminated, and our health is suffering.

The more that we accumulate toxins within our system, the more we develop illnesses that are difficult to diagnose unless we look at the toxic burden that we all carry. We are gaining weight, feeling sick and tired and seem to be ageing faster than our predecessors. How toxic are we?

What Does Aluminium Do To The Body?

Aluminium is prevalent in our society in the form of drinks cans and food cans, and wrappings. It is also found in cooking utensils, food additives, water supplies (it is used as a cleaning agent in water processing plants), and vaccine additives. It is one of the ingredients of lipstick. It is used in anti perspirant deodorants and accumulation of aluminium has been linked to breast cancer. As with Mercury it is used in vaccines to get the immune system revved up, but at the same time, toxic heavy metals like Aluminium are very good at damaging the immune system. It also accumulates in the body until such time as it is removed or it causes health issues. It is sequestered into the fat cells by the body to protect the overall health of the body.

Lead, Mercury, Aluminium, and Arsenic like to go to the brain, and prefer the fat that surrounds the myelin sheaths around the nerves, and therefore can cause neurological damage and nervous system tissue damage. Diseases that this affects are Alzheimer’s, ADD, autism, and peripheral neuropathy.

Health Problems Associated With Aluminium Poisoning

Health issues that have been linked to Aluminium Poisoning are abnormal EEG, Alzheimer’s disease, anaemia, blood clots, bone disorders, including fractures, coarse tremors, heart attack, learning disabilities, mental status change, speech disturbances and stroke. Accumulation of Aluminium is also linked to allergic reactions and underlying immune system imbalances, as described in the article about Mercury.

Another link to health issues related to aluminium is in respect of the aluminium found in food additives and food colourings. A high intake of these in fast foods and drinks has been shown to give you an increased chance of developing Crohn’s disease.

What Can You Do To Rid Your Body Of Aluminium?

How often do you really think about the toxic burden of your body? Even if you do not, have you noticed that you and your loved ones are suffering more illnesses, feeling more tired, and less able to enjoy life? We are now said to be ageing faster than our grandparents and there is a definite increase in the number of people suffering from a range of diseases that can easily be associated with toxins, pesticides, and pollutants that are found everywhere on this planet. There are no places that are immune to the impact of man and our love of synthetic chemicals and pesticides, herbicides and toxins.

We do however have a choice. We like our fast cars, our fast food, our homes to smell of exotic places via synthetic chemicals, our love of uber clean everything, so we risk our health by exposing ourselves to chemicals and pollutants on a daily basis to satisfy our life choices.

Our best chance then, knowing that our lifestyles are jeopardising our health is to mitigate our exposure to all the toxins and pesticides that we cannot help but continue to absorb.

Mankind has been detoxing as part of a health regimen for centuries, and there are plenty of healthy options available today to choose from. From fasting to mud baths, herbal remedies, to juice fasts, saunas to detox patches, we have been periodically assisting our bodies to detox for millennia.

Our bodies have in–built defenses to prevent toxins that occurred naturally from harming us, but these defenses have been rendered useless in the face of the synthetic chemicals and toxins that have been developed since the fifties and sixties, a large percentage of which have not been tested for safety levels. As we now know the body sequesters the toxins and heavy metals in metabolically inactive tissue in an attempt to minimise the damage that can be done if the toxins are in circulation.

With the advent of activated liquid zeolite, we are being offered the opportunity to detox at a cellular level for the first time.

Wow very interesting, I've heard that drinking out of plastic bottles is not very good either because of BPA's. I try not to drink anything out of cans so I buy bottles for soft drinks most of the time. What helps to remove aluminum from the body (in terms of detoxification).

Thank you breathe2travel, and Tom's Natural is the one that I landed on after trying many others. I have been using it for about a year and wouldn't change now.

      Love and blessings.
