Troubled as Transportation

Have your ever noticed that the fastest cars are those that are smaller. They are the cars that only transport the minimal passengers? Often, the smallest can be deemed as a deficiency. In America, we like the biggest, shiny and prettiest. Transportation is a means to an end. Transportation takes you from destination to another. Remember you are always moving even if you think you are standing still. Your mind is always in motion thinking about the how and why of your next step. You may want to push back on the last statements. Let me have your attention for a few moments. I want to discuss how trouble can be your transportation. Many of the greatest people the world has every known started out in trouble.

Look at Oprah Winfrey, her life's journey had molestation, teenage pregnancy, being separated from her mother and an abusive relationship with her partner. She thought her lips were to big, hair to nappy, and complexion too dark. She did not complete our college journey. Her trouble was transportation to something new and grand!

A former president, Bill Clinton was raised in poverty, watched his step father drink profusely, and lived in poverty stricken Arkansas. He went on to become the governor of Arkansas. Don't forget the Monica scandal. However, he was able to over and become one of the greatest presidents in our history. His trouble was only transportation to the presidency.

Thomas Edison teachers said, "He was too stupid to learn anything." He was fired from his first two jobs for being unproductive. Thomas Edison tried 1,000 times to invent the light. However, unsuccessful this may seem, he is the inventor of the light bulb. Thomas reminds us that trouble is the transportation to your greatest you!

Albert Einstein did not speak until he was 4 years old. He did not read until he was 7 years old. His parents thought he was not normal. His teachers said that he was non sociable, mentally slow and always dream about the impossible. He was expelled from school. Every step of the way and every move was only transportation to his greatest accomplishment, the greatest theoretical physicist of all time!

Transportation is a means of going from one place to another. Your trouble transports you from places that seem doomed, hopeless, and unbearable. You will move on to better things. Transportation is when people talk about how you cannot do this or that. Transportation is when you do not complete the degree, divorce, abused, homeless, or any other things the average person believes is fatal. Transportation is when you take all of those experiences and allow yourself to embrace the lessons being taught. You survived those accidents for a reason. Don't be bitter allow them to make you better. Realize that trouble as transportation is taking you to a place of potential where all things are possible. Trouble as your transportation is taking you from one degree to another! Trouble is only the transportation. Enjoy the ride! You will arrive at your highest self. You will thrive not just survive. You were born to WIN!!!!
