Fruits Are Good For Most Any Diet
I am on a diet right now, and I have been investigating the amount of calories in different foods. Even when I am not restricting my calories, it is healthy to have lots of fruits and vegetables every day.
I have provided a few polls near the bottom, if you would like to vote on your favorite fruits. Below that are some additional articles by fellow writers that you may enjoy.

Apple, medium: 80
Note: Each variety is a little different, so it may be a little higher or lower than this. Some varieties of apples, small, can be under 50 calories
Asian Pears, medium: 51

Note: Not a low-calorie food, but has plenty of healthy fats
