Lactobacillus acidophilus is the most commonly used probiotic. . Lactobacillus acidophilus inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria. It helps in breaking down of food particles and helps in production of lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide and other byproducts and lactobacillus turns the digestive tract into a hostile environment to prevent harmful bacteria. Lactobacillus acidophilus produces lactase breaking down lactic acid which helps in intolerance of lactose.

Lactobacillus acidophilus is taken by mixing with water, milk, or any juice.

      Lactobacillus acidophilus? isn't that a bacteria, and shouldn't the introduction of it to your body be considered carefully. Your article sounds a little frightening. many use one natural solution to fight natural biological problems, but this almost always results in bad side effects.
