Using Oxygen to Maximize Your Workout
Exercise with all its many benefits is often time consuming and for some really out of shape individuals, a daunting effort of a massive proportions. We can’t ignore the fact that without exercise, our weight could sky-rocket and our cardio vascular system could start to get seriously ill. Greer uses various spot training exercises to effectively use the oxygen to spot reduce. For example, you will use a isometric move of pressing your arms together, while doing the special breathing technique.
