Using Oxygen to Maximize Your Workout

Updated on July 11, 2011

Exercise with all its many benefits is often time consuming and for some really out of shape individuals, a daunting effort of a massive proportions. We can’t ignore the fact that without exercise, our weight could sky-rocket and our cardio vascular system could start to get seriously ill. Like it or not, exercise is a necessary evil, a favorable alternative to a lifetime of illness and serious weight problems.

I have in my quest of trying to find a simple exercise plan that does not employ massive amounts of effort and time and yet, have effective results, found Body Flex. Body Flex is a serious of isometric exercises that employ special breathing techniques. These technique are suppose to supply you body with a massive amount of oxygen in a short amount of time; this in turn renders the body in an aerobic state in less than a minute. Sounds unbelievable? Well, believe or not, Body Flex works and is very effective.

I have tried it myself and have found that while I was doing the exercises, I had a drop in the amount of fat in my body. I have one of those scales that measure body fat, and I could see that while I was doing Body Flex, my fat percentage dropped to less than twenty percent. I also noticed that my clothes fit so much better. All had to do was a series of isometric positions for a total of fifteen minutes using the breathing techniques that Greer Childers teaches on the program and I lost fat and inches, in very little time and with very little effort. It does work.

Body Flex uses oxygen to burn fat in the body. In the instructional video taught by Greer Childers you learn a special breathing technique. Greer uses various spot training exercises to effectively use the oxygen to spot reduce. For example, you will use a isometric move of pressing your arms together, while doing the special breathing technique. Doing this simultaneously draws oxygen to that part of your body and this causes the oxygen to burn fat in that region.

The session does not take very long, only fifteen minutes. The isometric moves are not strenuous or hard and are very effective for fat burning, as well as firming and toning. It is the answer for the woman on the go or someone who is seriously out of shape and wants to start exercising again.

One may wonder; how could just breathing a certain way cause one to burn fat so quickly? This happens because oxygen is what causes fires to fume and even spread. Special breathing techniques can be used to absorb a high doses of oxygen, which in turn creates, what is known as an aerobic state. The isometric positions are used to draw that oxygen to that specific region of the body, thus causing blood to flow to that region, this causes the body to loose fat in that region at a faster rate.

Greer Childers has been teaching Body Flex for the past twenty years, and even though she’s fifty nine, she doesn’t look a day over twenty five. Greer developed this program, years ago because of her own personal frustration, of gravitating between a size 14 and 16. After ninety days of practicing this system, consisting special breathing exercises combined with isometric positions, she managed to reduce to a size four. Greer has been able to maintain a wrinkle free size four for the past twenty years. The secret of her success is that she has been doing her Body Flex routine everyday for the past twenty years. She is the author of the best selling book, Be a Loser.

If you’re interested, Greer has a site, in which you can better informed on her revolutionary exercise program, Body Flex, and she also has a meal plan to help with your weight loss efforts. So if you’re one of those people who do not have a lot of time to devote to an exercise plan, or just want something simple, consider Body Flex.
