Vitamin D helps with many ailments

I don't think there is anything in the world that can prepare a woman for life after menopause. What I did not know was how achy I would feel after menopause. I had used acupuncture, massage and visited a chiropractor. The pain would go away, but then would return after a week. I needed something that I could manage on my own. I am not overweight. If you saw me on the street, you would not think I had any health issues. With regard to excercise, I stretch, do breathing excercises and I walk my dog. I am a low-impact kind of person. Now, I have tried glucosamine capsules, but the pills are like horse pills; I gag. Why can't they make them smaller?

I love reading and I needed to find a solution to the pain. At the library, I discovered a book about Vitamin D. Vitamin D is a cure-all for many of our ailments. We are all vitamin D deficient. I decided to give Vitamin D a try. After about 4 weeks of vitamin D plus one Viactin daily, I noticed 2 things improved. My mood and my back ached less! This was very encouraging.

We just got back from vacation just recently and I did not pack my vitamins. I actually forgot to. I definitely felt the lower back pain on our trip and the ibuprophen did not work. As soon as we unpacked, I started back on my Vitamin D. and Viactin. The pain lessoned after 5 days. As for my mood, I feel great. I am here to tell you, If it worked for me, maybe it will work for you. Give it a shot!

      That is true. Much depends on if you live in a sunny climate. In the midwest we get some sun. But nothing like Manila

      A fine sunny day at the park will bring more benefits on our skin due to Vitamin D.

      Not only that,morning sunshine is also good for our lungs. My sister said that Vitamin D is important in order for our body to absorb Vitamin C. It's a complimentary vitamin to the latter.

      I called vitamin "D" is a life of skin. Who have much vitamin "D", his/her skin is very soft and full of life.
