Mint Chocolate Chip Shake

1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

1/4 Cup of ICE

1 TBSP Torani/Davinci Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

4 Sugar Free Peppermint candies or Andies Candies

4 oz of Coconut Milk and 4 oz of almond milk - or 8 oz of either

Mix in blender

Drink - I add 1 tbsp of shaved dark chocolate on top

Peach Cobbler Protein Shake

Peach Cobbler Protein Shake

1 Scoop of Syntax Fuzzy Navel or Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 Cup of ICE

1 TBSP of Vanilla extract or Torani/Davinci SF Vanilla Syrup

1/4 TSP of Cinnamon(optional)

1/2 cup of sugar free canned peaches or frozen peaches

4 oz of Coconut Milk & 4 oz of Almond Milk - or 8 oz of either

Drink - I add a sprinkle of a 1/2 tsp of granola

Key Lime Protein Shake

KEY LIME PROTEIN SHAKE

1 Scoop of Nectar/Syntax - Vanilla Bean Torte

1/4 Cup of ICE

1/2 pack of Jello Sugar Free Lime

4 oz of Coconut/4 oz of Almond or Soy Milk - 8oz of either

Mix in Blender

Drink - I add some SF whipped cream for a little treat

CHAI PROTEIN SHAKE

CHAI PROTEIN SHAKE

1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein

1 TBSP of International Delite Coffee House Chai Latte Sugar Free

4 oz of Coconut Milk/4 oz of Almond or Soy milk or 8 oz of either

1/4 cup of ice

Mix in Blender

Drink up - this one is my favorite

LEMON MERINGUE PROTEIN SHAKE

LEMON MERINGUE PROTEIN SHAKE

1 Scoop of Roadside Lemonade Protein Syntax/Nectar

1 TBSP of SF Jello Lemon Pudding Mix

4oz of Coconut Milk/4oz of Almond Milk or Soy Milk or 8 oz of either

1/4 cup of ICE

Mix in Blender

Drink - you can add sugar free vanilla syrup to lighten up the lemon flavor
