Wrinkles and Soda: What YOU Need to Know!

The news about soda is not good. We know that people who consume more than a couple of cans a week, are at a greater risk for developing pancreatic cancer than those who don't. And if that isn't bad enough, a new study says that it also causes premature aging. In other words, soda causes wrinkles!

Harvard Study Findings...

It seems that Harvard researchers have found that phosphates found in soda are the culprit. They cause skin and muscles to shrivel and also damage the heart and kidneys.

We've known for sometime that over-indulging in soda is not a good thing and we also know that phosphates are important for good health, but we don't need the extra ones that a can of soda will provide.

Caffeine and Soda

Many folks drink sodas (colas) to get caffeine, rather then drinking tea or coffee. But knowing the dangers of drinking soda including an increased risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, mental disorders and cancer to name a few, that cup of coffee or tea doesn't sound so bad.
