Weigh Down workshop is a faith-based weight loss program. It was founded by Gwen Shambalin, who herself claims to have quickly lost over 20 pounds, and kept it off for well over 20 years now.

Weigh down is delivered to its members in the form of seminars which teach a series of principles to help you lose weight.
