Weight Loss: Getting Ready For That Cocktail Party
Weight Loss: Little Dress Motivation
The first thing you think about when you realize you're going to a cocktail party is what am I going to wear? Before you try on the clothes look at your naked body. If it's in the hot season really think about it. So hard that you figure you better do something about the bumps and bulges before you get dressed foe that special night. I'm getting ready to do a few different things that involve being "camera ready." So why don't we engage this endeavor together. I'll keep you posted as to what I'm doing and how many pounds I'm losing, if any. No. I'm confident that some poundage will come off. I'm thinking positive.
I'm starting by making sure as I usually do, to not eat anything fried. I'm also going to stay away from sweets, and fast food.. It's going to be lots of salads and fresh fish and poultry. It does take some time to cook these things, but the taste... and the freshness. It's so good.
I'm using more and more fresh fruits and veggies in my meals. I will admit that I do dip some of my veggies in low fat ranch. It's just too tasty. We have to eat things that taste good or we will fail in our attempts to lose. It just has to be healthy. It has to be low calorie too.
I plan on drinking low fat protein drinks for breakfast, salads for lunch, and lean proteins and veggies for dinner. When I have something to drink it's bottled water, and bubbly flavored water.
I'm going to work out three times per week like my niece is doing on her program with her trainer. I'm going to mix it up with walking outside, DVD's. and weight lifting.
