The search for losing weight is a long-standing and a fine search that has been going on from very long time. No one wish to remain unhealthy. It’s not fun in being overweight and feels depressed every single day. Here I have mentioned some important tips that can help in losing weight.
- Water is one of the important catalysts in losing weight. Water keeps your stomach full and avoid from thirst which can control false hunger. Drink atleast 8 - 10 glasses of water. Drinking ice cold water burns atleast 62 calories per day.
- Eat atleast 5 times a day and have a good size of breakfast. It is the most important meal and help avoiding hunger pain later in the day. If you eat 5 times a day it will help you from getting hunger in the middle of your meals.
- Eat lots of fiber such as fruits and vegetables. High fiber foods are normally low in calories. High fiber foods are apple, strawberries, figs, beans, potato, brown rice, bran & nuts, etc.
- Take brisk walk for atleast 30 minutes in a day. It is one of a good exercise.
