  1. Water is one of the important catalysts in losing weight. Water keeps your stomach full and avoid from thirst which can control false hunger. Drink atleast 8 - 10 glasses of water. Drinking ice cold water burns atleast 62 calories per day.
  2. Eat atleast 5 times a day and have a good size of breakfast. It is the most important meal and help avoiding hunger pain later in the day. If you eat 5 times a day it will help you from getting hunger in the middle of your meals.
  3. Eat lots of fiber such as fruits and vegetables. High fiber foods are normally low in calories. High fiber foods are apple, strawberries, figs, beans, potato, brown rice, bran & nuts, etc.
  4. Take brisk walk for atleast 30 minutes in a day. It is one of a good exercise.
  5. Cleanse your body from harmful toxins and chemicals. You can cleanse your body from harmful toxins and chemicals by eating Acai Berry. This fruit is full of nutrition and help your body function normally. It also helps your body burn fats and calories quickly.
  6. If your job involves sitting most of the time then try to get up and walk for atleast 5 - 10 minutes after every 1 hour.
