A true reality is that mentally ill people are not violent, damaged, ruined, wrecked or amusing. Becoming ill is something that will happen to everyone. No one can escape getting sick. Having a mental illness is not more breathtaking than having a physical illness. The brain is located inside of the body just like all of the other internal organs.

The United States of America is paying a tremendous cost for not caring about Americans in this country that are suffering from serious mental illness. So many mass shootings are going on due to the neglect and the stigma of mental illness. Killing or putting mentally ill people in prison due to their mental illness was ignored and not addressed is not a proper or correct treatment and recovery solution.

Programs and services are desperately needed that will provide mental illness treatment, medications, specialize psychological care. Mental health assistance is also needed for helping the recovered mentally ill with being able to stay healthy in their communities.
