If you are between 18.5-24.9, you are at a normal weight range. But, if you gain any weight or get close to 25, you will be in the overweight range which is 25-29.9.

Which puts you at risk of serious medical problems such as: high blood pressure , coronary heart disease, stroke, high cholesterol, arthritis, kidney disease, breathing and problems sleeping, cancer, depression and diabetes which a greater risk of periodontal disease.
