What are the Underground Mass Body Building Secrets!

Updated on May 9, 2011

There are many bodybuilding beginners and also intermediate bodybuilders in the gym who are so much dedicated to building their body but most of them are doing only one thing and that is trying to get a substantially bigger body to look macho in front of their girlfriends or family and all of them just try some magical potions like the so called bodybuilding supplements.

The most common question when starting to consume a combination of bodybuilding supplements is that If I combine glutamine with creatine and take tribulis with that which is the new #2 vasoldilator with Methoxy 7, will I get a bigger body fast? but the answer to this question was and is that the real growth which you call noticeable substantial growth of our body lies in only three most important things and that are proper nutrition, proper training, and proper rest. Any person when tall or short, big or small will see a definite difference in the overall physique and fitness of his/her body if he/she will combine and apply all these three things properly. People who tend to get big don't need gyms but also can workout at home and get big. The most important thing is dedication and being constant. Always remember this old saying, "consistency is the key to success" I do not want to say by this that bodybuilding supplements do not play an important role in development of a bigger body, yes they do but without following the three basic fundamentals written above, nutrition, training, and rest, they serve little for you other than to lighten your wallet.

Also, a good workout program, self motivation, dedication, and hard work carves out a bigger and noticeable body. People work out in gyms not only to use many different exercise machines but also to boost their self confidence by watching other people performing. This automatically gives  a motivational boost to a person and he/she starts performing at a pace where success touches his/her feet. In brief, I would say that body building is a lot more than going to gym four times a week but it is about proper planning with dedication and then execution.

Great Article. Supplements are not needed for mussle. You can get most of the nutrients you need from a healthy diet. If you ate 5,000 calories a day and lifted weights for an hour a day, you would gain alot of mussle. If you eat great food, and lift weights you will not need supplements.
