Pectin - controls blood pressure and reduces cholesterol (bad).

Malic Acid - gives ACV the properties of being anti- viral, anti-bacterial, anti- fungus.

Acetic Acid - The acid slows the digestion of starch plus it can help lower glucose since it goes up after eating meals.

- 2 spoons of raw apple cider vinegar (organic)

- 1 gallon of water (purified)

- Raw harvested honey (nectar) or honey from the store (regular) to give it taste

Another thing raw honey is also great because it improves your energy, betters your energy, improves your immune system.

One recommendation is to add some water to your raw apple cider since it is strong.
