Water for dilution 75 cl.
Wash fruits in clean running water.
Peel fruits and cut into two halves.
Squeeze the juices into a cut and cover this.
Warm the water 75 cl ( Do not boil it hot, just a warm water).
Cut one-half of the flesh of all the fruits into two.
Cut this into smaller pieces.
Soak this in the warm water for 10 to15 minutes.
This will help extract some of the nutrients like pectin, potassium, magnesium, calcium, etc.
Filter this solution into a clean bowl or cup.
Add a pitched salt plus half cube brown sugar.
Pour into the juice and keep in a clean bottle to refrigerate.
Serves 3 persons only.
