Why Everyone Should Adapt A Vegan Diet

I have been vegan for nearly one year and my life has never been better.

Personally, I was not raised vegan. I chose a plantbased lifestyle for my health and because I support animal rights. I did not know any of the information that I know now. I would eat omelettes and ice cream that was not vegan for years. It only resulted in skin breakouts, headaches, and PCOS. I do not believe we need to kill animals for food. In fact, eating animals hurts us rather than nourishes our body. Dairy and meat are acidic which is the root for sickness in our bodies. They are full of mucus which is exactly what we do not want to ingest. We need to keep our bodies alkaline which a vegan diet ensures. Soy should be avoided as well though it is not an animal product. It disrupts hormone balance.

Vegetables, nuts, legumes, and fruits nourish our body and ensure us healthier, happier lives. Your digestion will improve, you'll have a natural energy, you'll sleep better, your skin will clear up, AND you'll protect animals. If we don't spend money on animal products, they will be forced to stop selling them. Many animal product companies have been losing thousands of dollars due to vegan alternatives. Animals are here to live just like us. It is not right for us to torture and slaughter them when we can be healthier without consuming their flesh, milk, or placentas. These poor animals are being poked and prodded and kept in captivity only to see sunlight when they are to be killed. There are many more delicious options for full meals and snacks that are not from animals.

If you need more convincing watch any of these recommended videos or read more about the way animals are treated. I bet your heart will break while researching this topic further. Your body is not a tomb and all animals deserve to live happy, healthy lives. They are not alive for us to kill. I can guarantee you will not miss meat or dairy when you stop eating it.
