Why Fitness Is Essential

Being Fit In Connection

Fitness is very important to me not because of vanity, though “It is OK to want to look good!” In looking good I have found I feel good. I will not lie. I am a visual person so, I do like to look presentable. I am in the beauty biz for over 20 years, so you can say I have an eye for quality. I appreciate beauty, as wellness. I love fashion and have a flair for color! I also am in touch with another side of myself who is more present today. A Free Spirit lives within me and I let her out more these days. I am learning how to appreciate my flaws, this takes practice! For I am comfortable in my own skin for beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not quite understanding what that meant years ago..? Through evolving my consciousness, as a Life Coach and individual, I feel I do now understand. We need to focus the view from within not only outwards.

What that means for me is; When I am in balance with Mind, Body & Soul.

Getting back to fitness, working out gives positive returns always, when you do it right. Invest in you, with someone who cares and is passionate. It is not about the money. This responsibility is on you. You would not leave your children with just anyone so put yourself with a Trainer, Specialist who will invest in you, just the same. If you need recommendations, I will be happy in referring you in the right direction, you just need ask.

Positive Energy and Results from Working Out or simply Being Active.

  • It gives back in the good stuff we need to be well and healthy.

I am a high energy person and working out or being active helps me with creating a happier mood.

  • It stimulates good ideas and motivation.

I have more confidence to face life and challenges.

  • I am open to love more freely.

Obstacles now are more like amusement, and my fierce Lion comes out to tackle every time!

I feel like I can conquer the world, do anything when I work my body.

  • Yoga

  • Weight Training

  • Stretching

  • Meditative Practice

  • Walking

In “Connecting Mind, Body & Soul” you find yourself in a happier state of being. I no longer feel fatigue or depression that comes with being idle for too long. We are energy so it makes sense we have to keep our bodies moving, right?! For me, personally I have learned to channel my unsettled energy and form a positive connection through working out and staying fit.

What works for one may not work for another but do know if you do not move your body, your body will begin to break down and affect others areas of wellness and therefore your health will be at risk.

It is your responsibility to care for yourself and being thought conscious and mindful.

In creating love vibes you have the ability to be anything you want!

Don’t be eluded by size or color. The attitude of a person is what counts. Confidence radiates love. People will be inspired and affected by the energy you portray.
