Sugar is vital to the body, but excess of it becomes a problem, and remember, sugar is the most common food element you can easily get, and for this reason, people tend to consume more sugar than their body needs.
Haven carried out a personal research on this, I have compiled a list of health side effects that you are likely going to encounter if you continue to consume sugary foods and drinks like- fruit juice, candies, chocolates, fertilized pineapples, cakes, soft drinks, beers, etc. Top on the list of the side effects of consuming too much sugary foods and drinks include-
Menstrual pains- if you are a girl and you always have a painful menstruation, then you need to stop taking sugary foods and drinks, and start taking more of bitter foods and possibly excess water.
Softness of the skin- excess sugar in the body causes softness of the skin, and will make you vulnerable to injury. This also makes your body and skin not to look so attractive as it is supposed to, so slow down on sugar intake or stop it completely.
Softness of the vaginal wall- excess sugar in the body makes the female vaginal walls to loose its firmness, which is bad for a good sex life with your boyfriend or husband because it will be difficult to grip him during lovemaking. This can also break a relationship or marriage because some men may start to suspect you of being unfaithful or having multiple sex partners.
Diabetes- I don’t need to over-emphasize on this because we all already know about it.
Frequent Running Stomach or Diarrhea- excess sugar in the body affects the gastric system, which may lead to frequent cases of running stomach.
High vulnerability to cough & catarrh- during the cause of my findings, I came across a piece that related excess sugar in the body to increased vulnerability to cough and catarrh.
Decrease in libido- when you have excess sugar in your body system, your veins are weak, and the circulation of blood is slowed down, resulting to a decrease in libido for men, and even when you try to make love, you cannot last long because you get tired and lose passion fast. And on the side of the woman, it makes sex a painful experience because the walls of your private part are now fragile, soft and weak, and hurts at a slightest friction.
In summary, if you desire to live healthy long life free of odd illnesses, then you must run away from sugary foods and drinks and embrace bitter foods more. Good luck.
