Why You Should Believe In Miracles

Updated on May 29, 2012

YOU MUST BELIEVE

Why you should believe in miracles is very simple. If you never believed in miracles than a miracle will most likely never happen in your life.

It is so important to believe in yourself and to always keep a positive attitude in everything you do in life. You need to believe in miracles for a miracle to happen to you one day. This is only my opinion because over 2 1/2 years ago a miracle happened in my life. Something that I or anyone else thought would never happen.

I finally surrendered to my addiction to alcohol and have been clean and sober since October 2009. So that goes to show you with the right frame of mind and keeping a positive attitude you can do anything life if you really want it bad enough. So in my case miracles do happen, and they can happen to you also if you believe in them

BEING BORN

When you sit down and think, we are all miracles. From the moment of conception to being born is truly a miracle, don't you think. What God has given all of us in the entire world is truly a miracle. The problem is for many people is that we don't even appreciate our life and the true reason we are here on earth.

I know for a fact, now being sober and having my sobriety back into my life I treasure every breathe I take, and look around at all my surroundings and see all the miracles that God has given me, when once upon a time, I never gave it a thought nor did I really care that much, I just took it for granted as many of us do. I now appreciate everything I have more than ever.

BELIEVING IN MIRACLES

NEVER STOP BELIEVING

Can you just imagine your life without believing in things. To believe your life will get better as each day goes by. To be able to live your life in a positive way each and everyday.

I know that everyone has some sort of problems in their lives and it is hard to be positive all the time because of these things that may pop up throughout you life. You can not let the negative attitude take over your life. Once you are in that negative mode sometimes it is hard to snap out of it. No matter what happens in your life you must not let anything make you stop believing and thinking of that miracle that will happen in your life one day.

Once you stop believing and living in a negative world your miracle may never come true. I always thought I would drink alcohol for the rest of my life and it would be a true miracle if I were able to stop drinking alcohol once and for all, but it did happen and a miracle came true 2 1/2 years ago.

I never stopped believing in myself even though I had an addiction to alcohol, but I knew deep down inside I would eventually be able to beat the demons that have been running my life for so many years. I believed in myself and I knew there was a miracle about to happen, but just didn't know when.

So the bottom line is, to believe in yourself, always stay positive and believe in miracles because miracles do come true for all of us.

Very true. We have to have belief in ourselves and in the power of God. He is the one who perform these miracles. All around us we see miracles being performed every single moment. Think of the solar system that ids hanging out there. Isn't that a miracle. The earth is almost round and yet we don't keep toppling over. This too is a miracle. And so many of them like these happen everyday.

One has to believe in miracles.

Great topic to write on. And well written. Glad this miracle happened with you.

voted up and all the way across. Shared too.

A Vote up. Thanks for this. We all need encouragement sometimes. There was a time that I had given up on life, on God, and especially on myself. Strangely enough, when I gave up, so to speak, my miracle happened. It's so easy to stay strong when things are going great but when everything seems to cave in on top of us is when we most need to reach out. That's when we need our friends, like you, to be there and remind us to believe...
