Why are we Sheeple? Three Mineral Deficiencies that are Causing us to be Sheeple

Updated on September 27, 2015

All of the founding fathers had genius IQs. In that era, it was required that politicians passed an IQ test before they could run for office. When a pregnant woman has alot of iodine in her body during pregnancy, the baby's brain develops better. (See video below.) People had to eat sea vegetables, rich in iodine, to survive the winter in those days.

Iodine, magnesium and potassium were supplemented in breads from 1920 to 1963 at which time the World Health Organization determined that it should be discontinued and people should regulate their own mineral levels.

Doctors don't tell people to do this because they aren't trained to do so. Today's doctors don't know about iodine as a main ingredient in thyroid hormone. Nor do they know about all of the 300+ symptoms that are caused by low thyroid, or that iodine is a potent heavy metal detoxifier. They aren't allowed to prescribe iodine either.

Attention deficit disorder, anxiety and depression are common low thyroid symptoms. Iodine fulfillment therapy will eliminate some or all of them. (Another common cause is candida yeast overgrowth and leaky gut syndrome which allows foreign bodies to escape form the digestive tract and impact somewhere in your body. This causes inflammation, which could be a cause in low thyroid hormones.)

Iodine Sufficiency Video:

Iodine fulfillment therapy was standard treatment for low thyroid for decades before synthetic hormones were created in the 1950s. In the 1960s, after John D. Rockefeller suggested to the World Health Organization that some people may be getting too much iodine at 1mg daily average, this supplementation was discouraged.

By 1970, all breads had stopped supplementing and we quit detoxing heavy metals, killing pathogens, and had more low thyroid symptoms. Way to boost sales, Mr. Rockefeller!

Iodine is more or less assimilated into the body depending on how it is process. Eidon iodine is one brand that is 100% assimilated. Go to their website to read details or call their 800 number to speak to a natural health professional.

I did iodine therapy with Lugol's 5% iodine, (drink eight drops daily for three months). By the end of the first week, my brain fog had cleared up. I've suffered from forgetfulness all of my life. It was very liberating to be able to remember things!

I believe that anything neurological has to do with iodine deficiency through low thyroid or heavy metal toxicity.

MSM Sulfur

Methyl-sulfonyl-methane is a gas that evaporates out of the ocean and comes to us through rain water. It used to be in our food supply.

MSM detoxes heavy metals and kills the big pathogens in our body such as candida yeast in the intestines and parasites in the liver, both of which are epidemic in our society today.

MSM binds with anything synthetic (so does iodine). Fertilizers are the main reason for MSM deficiency. Pesticides, herbicides and food additives compound the problem.

I believe MSM is a big ingredient in the D3 steroid hormone that we build from sunlight exposure. We get most of our D3 through our eyes, only a little through our skin.

MSM video, one of many for research on youtube:

A healthy dosage for adults is two rounded tablespoons of powder, or one teaspoon of crystals or flakes, twice a day. After a few days of this, my brain kicked into high gear, just like it did with the iodine.

MSM is in every cell in your body. Cell walls become smooth, elastic and permeable when you have plenty of sulfur in your body. You can feel this in your skin. My skin got silky soft after a few days on MSM.

Most people have heard that fluoride is bad for you and should be discontinued from water supplementation.

There are over 600 studies that prove that fluoride does nothing to prevent cavities from drinking it in water, or from toothpaste. It has to be on the surface of your teeth for two hours to prevent cavities.

Fluoride, chloride, bromide and iodine are together in a family of halogen minerals. The heavier weight mineral will displace the light weight mineral and take up the halogen receptor site. Iodine is the lightest of these and is the most important for your health. Bromide and fluoride have NO health benefits, they simply use up valuable real estate.

Iodized table salt also isn't very helpful in getting your iodine levels up since its competitor chloride is one of the salts.

Anatomy Basics

All Symptoms and all diseases have three things associated with them:

1. Protein and enzyme deficiency;
2. too many pathogens;
3. inflammation.

The root cause of these three problems is MINERAL DEFICIENCY. All chronic illnesses also have heavy metal toxicity as a major factor.
