Winter Work Out
Hey Guys!
So as I said in my last Hub I live in Michigan and I have been stuck in the house for about 2 1/2 months. When its cold and snowy I pretty much just sit in the house chowing down on junk food and cleaning out my DVR. Which in other words means I put on weight like a maniac, but I don't have the money to go and join a gym and I can't go outside and exercise. So I came up with a way that I can get in a work out for little to no cost.
This is what you will need:
Popsicle sticks
2 Cups, small vases or mason jars
A list of exercises you can and will do
A marker
How to:
- On your popsicle sticks write about 20 exercises of your choosing. Try and pick ones that target different areas of your body. (Arms, legs, shoulders, etc.)
- One you have all of your exercises on the popsicle sticks, put them in one of the jars.
- When you are ready to workout randomly pick a stick, do the exercise and put the popsicle stick in the other jar.
Don't want to pay anything?
If you guys don't want to spend any money, then you can just write your exercises on a piece of paper and put them in cups you already have.
Do you have the winter blues?
