It is common for women to give in to the urge to eat to comfort foods to help stop the depression.

It's the Fitness Industry

Many women will blame themselves for their failures, and it is normally not their fault. Many times, they are trying to live by a prescribed program given to you by the fitness industry.

It is the fitness industries desire for your failure in order to increase their business. The fitness industry tends to enslave people with the never-ending cycle of weight gain and dieting.

Know the Cycle

Knowing the cycle is to acknowledge that the fitness industry is too restrictive and can sometimes starve your body from certain nutrients. Knowing that the reason a woman has strong cravings for food is because of the strictness of the diet.

It is important to focus on healthy and nutrient rich foods. A person's diet can make all the difference in how they are able to keep a lean body. When looking into the diet of a lean group like Asian women. Asian women eat mostly a plant based diet meal plan. The unrestrictive diet does include meat and fish; however, they are often a side dish in the meal not the main course.

There are several things that a person can do to help them break free from gaining weight, as well as from having the need to diet.

- Do not use demeaning mainstream and fat diet.

- Control the foods you eat by reducing processed foods.

Natural Diet

Natural diets are what women should be focusing on. It can be very helpful for you to eat a variety of natural foods. Eating whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, as well as beans can help an individual to have a more permanent loss of fat. There are two reasons that this is a great diet to have.

- First, is that natural food containing many metabolism boosters? Many natural fats can be found in food and they can help to burn unwanted fat and boost your metabolism

- Second, natural foods can offer the body all the nutrients it might need. Having all the nutrients will help to reduce any food cravings. Hunger is driven by the nutrients that we are missing. The more natural the foods the more satisfied the body is the less you feel the need to cheat.
