Dear women's and girls I will give you a best diet and exercise tips.
1. Daily morning running in park and garden.
2. Daily 2 times in a day. Yoga. For healthy skin.
3. Give a time for workuot at gym .
This is exercise and then I told about diet's.
1. Eat fruits. Oranges vitamin C, apple,mango,banana,lemon juice,and carrot.
2. Eat brown rice. And many protein food like. Eggs. Milk,fish and chicken in 5 times in a week.
