Your yoga practice can be a place where you create an inner stillness that can play a huge roll in balancing your life. Even ten minutes a day can make a difference.

Yoga poses can make for better digestion, tone your muscles and create a feeling of well-being.

I remember when I started yoga, my teacher at the time reminded us that we were practicing the poses. That the point wasn't in being perfect but in being in action and giving it our best.

I have to say that my favorite part of my yoga practice is always the mediation at the end of it. Often I fall asleep!

      Yoga is one of the best thing to do... Many of the poses, such as downward dog, upward dog, and plank pose, build upper-body strength.
