ZzzQuil Sleep Aid Review

Updated on July 11, 2016

I recently was given the opportunity to try a new product that Vicks has out. ZzzQuil the newest in sleep aid products. I do have trouble from time to time with falling asleep. I have in the past had trouble falling and staying asleep. I thought one of those nights would be prime time to take a whack at it. I can say I was a tad leery of trying this only because I think like many other people I for some reason associated this with NyQuil. I do not know why I did that but that is what made me leery. I tried it anyhow on a night I knew I would not have a packed and busy day the following day. I did fall asleep with NO problem and I did stay asleep with NO problem. I liked that about the product because it did exactly what it claimed to do. It helped me peacefully fall asleep and stay asleep. I do not however like that it did for me prove true what I was leery of in first place. I was afraid I would feel that hung over medicine aftereffect. It did just that! The following morning I had the hardest time waking up and staying up. I have not tried this product a second time to see if it was a one time side effect or if it was a fluke. I just know that it did live up to its claims of helping me fall asleep fast and stay asleep. I can not say for certain if I would 100% reccommend this product. What I can say is that If you are NOT a person who is sensitive to medication I would say give it a go! If you have sensitivities to medicines/sleep aids then I would say if you choose to take this sleep aid be sure you take the precaution of going to bed extra early and giving yourself plenty of extra time to wake up. The only other way I would recommend taking this for people with any sensitivities to meds/sleep aids is to take it when you have nothing or very little planned the following day. Otherwise, I am afraid you could possibly regret it. Over all, I feel this is a sleep aid that lives up to its claims and works as described. If you are looking to be able to get to sleep and stay asleep the this is will defiantly help, as long as you are not a sensitive person. I will in the near future try this again and post a new updated review. If there is anything you would like reviewed please let me know and I will gladly do so!
