Why This Website?

I was not in the Air force but was in the Army. When I started in the military, I was always looking for good reference material to help me begin my journey. One of the most stressful parts of the military, to me anyway, was doing Physical Training (PT) and passing the PT test. I started running early as I was in delayed entry. I always thought it would be helpful to others to give them some of the reference material that I never had. You should get plenty of info from this website in not only doing the Air Force PT test, but also passing it with flying colors! You don't want to go into the military unprepared and this website should help you immensely! Good luck in your journey and thank you for your service!

I think if you are 10 kilos above your ideal weight, you can not do 35 push ups.

I served 6 years active duty Air Force in the mid 70s. PT was definitely something to prepare for before entering basic training. Good advice on this page. :)
