Can You Always Be Fine?

You may desire to be in a good mood all the time, but this is not a simple matter.

It doesn't depend only on your intentions. It depends on numerous factors.

First of all, if you are hungry, tired, and living under unbearable life conditions, you cannot feel fine.

If you are suffering, there is no way you may always be in a good mood.

On the other hand, you need psychological balance. If you are absurd, angry and sad you cannot be in a good mood. You will be always unsatisfied, and never find peace.

Everything depends on your mental stability and on your life conditions. You have to prepare your life in a favorable manner in order to feel always fine, so that you may always be in a good mood. Otherwise, you won't manage to attain this goal.

What You Really Need

There are many false theories that promise great results if you'll imagine that you are feeling fine (while you are not).

There are also theories based on several exercises, and on various other hypotheses.

You can also take medication and have a brief relief from your unbearable depression for a certain period of time, what will help you be in a good mood for a while.

However, nothing will help you have a permanent good mood if your heart is bleeding, or if you don't have the indispensable life conditions for having a decent life.

You also need the right mindset.

You must know how to evaluate your life and how to interpret what happens to you in a positive way. If you are pessimistic and you are always complaining about everything, you'll never be in a good mood, even if you'll live like a king.

I'm not saying that you cannot learn different philosophies of life and learn how to feel fine even when your life conditions are not the ones you desire.

There is also a certain value on trying to get adapted to sad life situations for a certain period of time, until you'll manage to improve your life.

It is true that you should be patient, and learn many things.

Only because a certain philosophy of life won't solve your basic material problems or help you cope with your depression, this doesn't mean that it won't help you find ways to be stronger.

You may learn how to face all life challenges with the mindset of a philosopher and manage to be in a good mood for a few moments of your life.

There are many things that can help you have a good mood for a while.

Music can help you have a better disposition.

Exercises can help you feel relieved and give you some self-confidence.

However, if you want to always be in a good mood without losing your temper with the difficulties of life, you need psychotherapy.

The best solution for you is dream therapy. The unconscious mind that produces your dreams helps you transform your personality. All dream images contain hidden messages.

When you understand the dream language, you can read the wise unconscious messages inside the confused dream images.

Everything becomes very clear to your eyes.

You learn how to evaluate what is good in your life. You also learn how to change your life and create the ideal life conditions.

You also learn how to eliminate the absurdity you have inherited in your brain. This way, you won't have violent reactions. You'll always wisely examine everything. You'll always make the right decisions.

This is a transformation that will really help you be in a good mood forever.

You will have perfect balance once you eliminate the wild side of your conscience (anti-conscience).

You will be able to control your mind and your behavior through sensitivity and goodness. Therefore, you'll stop having wild reactions.

You'll learn the importance of forgiveness and compassion.

Without goodness you cannot always be in a good mood because there are many problems in the human life. Even if your personal life will be fine, you will have to face the absurd world.

Without goodness you will be always absurd because you will be selfish. You will keep thinking only about yourself and your interests, while suspecting that everyone else is taking advantage of you.

When you cultivate goodness in your heart you look at others the same way you look at your own children. You become generous.

We all know that children are not angels. Sometimes they break various objects or they cause various other damages because they are always playing without paying attention to what they are doing.

However, we don't hate our children only because they create problems and they make too much noise. We love our children, and we forgive their mistakes. We don't mind losing our peace of mind because of them.

When you cultivate goodness in your heart, you learn how to be tolerant with everyone, the same way you are tolerant with your children. This is why you manage to always be in a good mood.

Goodness gives you permanent peace of mind. You know that no matter how many problems you may face in life, nothing will be able to transform you into an angry monster. You will simply solve all problems, and automatically forgive everyone's mistakes, the same way you solve the problems caused by your children and you simply forgive their mistakes.

Goodness and love will help you keep your peace of mind forever. You will concentrate your attention on the beauty of life. Your words will encourage everyone around you. You will have many friends who will love you and admire you because you'll be humble and sincere.

However, it's not easy to be good all the time, and with everyone you know.

This is why you have to pass through a spiritual purification, besides transforming your personality.

You will attain this goal through dream translation.

Humor is another important tool that will help you always be in a good mood, even when your reality won't be the way you like.

By making fun of various life situations, you will manage to keep your good mood instead of becoming irritated with other people's mistakes, or similar problems.

Instead of showing anger because someone did something you didn't like, you will make a joke out of this situation.

You won't let anger and sadness eliminate your good mood only because someone else was rude or unfair.

Use irony, which is a very powerful way to find the humoristic side of everything that happens to you. Irony is the attempt to give to something a different definition from the definition it normally has. Through irony you can transform what is bad into something somehow good.

For example, one of my son's friends was revolted. He was telling my son that his grandmother was robbed by the plumber. She paid him 85 Euros for fixing a very simple problem.

Since young people are always making fun of everything, my son told him 'You have a rich grandmother. Next time tell her that you'll fix for her whatever she may need'. They laughed.

Instead of concentrating their attention on the fact that this plumber took advantage of an old woman, they looked at this problem from a different angle.

Of course, they wouldn't find this story so funny if they had to pay this amount from their own pockets.

You cannot laugh when you are the victim. If you want to use your sense of humor in a bad situation, the victim of the story must be someone else.

However, even if you are in the position of the victim in a certain situation, you still can use your sense of humor in order to feel better.

Everything depends on the situation. If you are basically safe, you can laugh even when you are a loser.

Irony will give you a humorous style that will help you keep your good mood even when you'll face various irritating situations. Irony will help you be indifferent to what is bad, and remain calm.

You only have to look for the humorous side of each story.

You have to care about everything.

Humor will help you always be in a good mood only when you are a sensitive human being. Otherwise, it can transform you into an indifferent and insensitive creature. You must be careful.

You should never make fun of tragic situations. You must know when you have to show compassion, and when you can use irony in order to laugh with what is bad.

The divine unconscious wisdom will guide you in dream messages and teach you how to discern what is right or wrong, how to always be fair, how to have the right attitude in each situation, and a lot more.

      @kathysart: Human beings make many mistakes in life without understanding what they are doing, even when they seem to be aware of the meaning of their actions. Everyone inherits a wild conscience that works independently of their human conscience and is constantly trying to invade their conscience and take the place of their ego. Whenever they do something bad, this is because they are controlled by their anti-conscience, which is their primitive conscience that didn't evolve like their human conscience.

      You should automatically forgive your enemies because human beings are frequently controlled by their anti-conscience. Everyone must indispensably follow psychotherapy in order to transform their anti-conscience into a positive content that will belong to their conscience.

      You should also follow dream therapy so that you may acquire total consciousness and never make costly mistakes. You should become a superior human being and always act based on wisdom.

      Each tip you gave here is something to embrace. M dream journal is by my bedside waiting for me to remember them. One thing I don't agree with and I know most people would rebuke my opinion on this, but I do not believe that all things can or even should be forgiven. There are some things just too dastardly and I do believe that evil exists and should not be given that blanket. To me there are some things that do not warrant that response.

      Most of the reason I am in a good mood is my personality. I am in Chronic Pain 24/7 and for people to look at me and talk to me they would think my body has no pain. I have learned to BS myself and in turn BS others. When asked how I feel I tell people I feel "Great", or "The best I have felt in years". It is not telling the truth I know, but who wants to hear how bad I do feel. The words I speak fools the chemicals in my brain that I do feel better. I know it sounds crazy, but again so am I!

      @sukkran trichy: You can always be in a good mood when you show goodness all the time to everyone, in al situations. You can always bee in a good mood when you make fun of all mistakes, automatically forgiving all imperfections because human beings are imperfect creatures.

      However, you must know when you have the moral obligation to show compassion and cry, without being afraid of your pain. You cannot be indifferent to how others feel if you want to be a balanced person. You have to be sensitive and respect justice.

      The truth is that your good mood depends on a combination of factors. On one hand, your mood depends on your attitude. I agree with you when you say that itâs your choice if youâll look at the positive side of your life and youâll be fine, or if youâll start thinking about your problems and complaining about everything.

      On the other hand, if you face tragic life situations, you cannot be fine. You must have the indispensable life conditions in order to be in a good mood.

      Fortunately, through dream translation you learn how to transform your personality, and at the same time, how to change your life.

      I believe it's the 'choice' of being in a good mood...when I wake up I choose whether it is going to be a good day vs a bad one. Always choose to make the best of every situation...even in times of adversity and troubles. We seem to think we "have it so bad" in reality there are so many who are in horrible circumstances much worse than our own. Daily Meditations, Bible & Prayer ARE A MUST! :)

      @anonymous: There are numerous external factors that may help you have a good mood for a certain period of time, like money.

      Money is very good, but it cannot buy health, love, and peace.

      On the other hand, if your good mood depends on external factors, this means that without money you cannot be fine.

      You have to transform your personality if you want to be able to always feel fine, even when your external reality is not pleasant.

      If youâll have health, love, and peace, you will have a permanent good mood, independently of your financial situation.

      I agree with modern Stoic philosopher Tom Morris who wrote, "Our biggest mistake in life is the way in which we look to the external world for our happiness." In order to always be in a good mood, we must find happiness internally, independent of our circumstances.

      @Virginia Allain: Building your sense of humor is not as hard as it seems to be. You have to look at everything from distance and then, make ironic observations. You can relate unrelated things, make fun of simple daily moments, or imitate someoneâs style for a while.

      Most of the times I am not in a good mood because of the anti-conscience's attacks. It always tries to prevent me from attaining peace, so that it may control my behaviour.
