As Stacie L said, carob is definitely one option.
From what I understand, chocolate gives us the perception of feeling good because it boosts serotonin. I imagine that if one were to reach for something that elicits a similar effect then that could also be an option.
What I also know is that starchy carbohydrates (bread etc.) tend to do similar things although I'd be careful to avoid excessive eating. In a related vein, reaching for some fruit (natural and healthy) could help a craving for something sweet.
