In your one line above you say, "I am supposed to weigh 141.", well who says. The amount of pounds you weight should not be determined by a chart, but rather your doctor and your overall health. For most people, there isn't too much of a difference between 148 and 141. I second what skear said, losing a pound everyday is not healthy or safe and it is also not realistic, visit your doctor and listen to what he or she has to say about your desire to lose a pound a day.
