It is difficult to get used to using the mask - either variety. Just keep putting it back on, you will get used to it and the benefits will far outweigh the frustration. If you ease into it - for instance wear it for a couple of hours each time - soon you will be sleeping so well that you won't notice it any longer. If you continue to have problems I would call your doctor and see if they have prescribed the correct amount of cpap pressure. Good luck! Keep trying!
