Mahatma Gandhi, he was the person who said that Fear is a disease... fear of physical harm is one thing but fear of mental and emotional relationships are completely the other. A person half the size of his opponent may even engage in a fight where he knows he'll get hurt real bad only because of the fear of embarressment he might feel amongst the on lookers.
Mahatma gandhi tackled his fear and never feared the pressure he might have gotten from his society, family and others to do what he thought was right. He always spoke the truth though it would have caused him immense embarressment. He faught for his country against the then British Regime that had taken over the country and fled them off. He divided the country for the welfare of its inhabitants though half the country hated him and still does for it. The man was merely 40-45 kilos but that's guts of purest form.
