Probably, though whether or not you'd notice the attendant changes in a dog's behavior are quite another thing. Most dogs can smell hormone changes, and notice the tiny alterations in behavior that come with pregnancy even before we do. Noticing their reactions to it is quite another matter. When I was pregnant with my son, my then-husband's aussie/beagle cross that never liked me suddenly became very docile and cuddly with me. She'd lay at my feet for hours and follow me all around the house. Until I got that positive pregnancy test, I thought that she wasn't feeling well and was trying to find out what was wrong with her.
