I have a job that has me on my feet 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. I am most always moving about from place to place at work, and am often moving product at the same time (unloading a truck, breaking down pallets, moving stacks of boxes, etc.). I don't feel as though any additional exercise program is needed in my life! :)
P.S. - I've lost 54 lbs. in the past 18-20 months!
