How you motivate yourself when you lose endlessly?

When the sorrows are endless, If you fall in every step in your life , If you fail everyday, how you motivate yourself? Have you faced anything like this in your life? If then how you could over come?

You take every setback as a lesson learned. Thomas Edison failed over 4,000 times in his efforts to develop a successful filament for the light bulb. That one success changed the world, we remember the light bulb, not the failure.

I would pause for a brief period before I try to work on that same project again. Taking a small break from a project in which I have met with failures only makes me think, analyze and come up with a solution during that break.

Hopefully, I will be able to succeed in my effort in the attempt after the break...

Laugh. After a while, you realize the sheer statistics of all your failures is kinda like winning the lottery. You're on the edge of a disaster curve, in which though you should win at something, you don't. It's like tap-dancing across a minefield unscathed, so laugh. See how many failures you can string together until your streak is broken.

Sometimes when it seems like nothing is going my way, I realize that there is never a day more beautiful than after a storm.  Sometimes our lives need to be "churned" up in order for it to be ripe for growth.  The truth is we don't grow very much when things go well, there really is no need to.  But when things go wrong (as they often do) we are forced to reevaluate, take stock, and get creative in order to overcome.

I think Randy Pausch said it best, "“The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out; the brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. . . the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. . . they’re there to stop the ‘other’ people.”

Its very hard to and you can get lost in an endless path of blame and lack of self respect and worth. Iv been there too. But the main thing Iv always done is seen myself where I want to be say in 5 years. Where I want to be living, where I want to be working, what I want to be doing in my life. Then I think of all the little steps it would take to get there, starting in the smallest possible way. I sometimes write it down as I find this helps me to visualise where I want to be. You have to keep up beat, dont let life get you down. No one ever said it was going to be easy but theres so many joys and beautiful things to come from life, dont let bad experiences stop you from enjoying the rest of what the world has to offer. Do something random, fun, exciting and inspire yourself.

In the grand scheme of things, things that you value as important really aren't. The things that you take for granted, like friends and family are important. Sometimes you have to step back from your life to gain perspective, and be grateful for the many things that you do have and the things that are going right.

To gain something,I 've to do myself...........no one will help me..so no significance if i lose my hope & waiting for miracle..

facing failure and trouble is a part of our life. i know its very difficult to get to motivate you to be a strong person.
the least we can do is think of the happy times that life has/had given us. as they say "every cloud has a silver lining", so you must also think of the silver lining. it will make you feel better and who knows it will also get you motivated enough.
