I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but here are some of my tips
* Never skip breakfast or any other meal
* Eat slow and your body will think its getting more food
* Eat as healthy as possible
* Try to avoid take-aways and sweets
* Half of your plate should be salad and/or veg
